| Q1. What are the requirements if we hope to have a wireless IP camera to monitor our home from our office ? |
| A1. Firstly, you will need to have internet connections at both locations. Secondly, you will need a wireless IP camera, a wireless router and a PC workstation. |
| Q2. We do not have a static IP address, how can we go about it ? |
| A2. You can register an account with www.dyndns.org and configure your wired/wireless router to update your dynamic IP address to www.dyndns.org. |
| Q3. How can we configure dynamic IP address in wired/wireless router ? |

| Q4. After we have successfully logon, we cannot find video image on the right. What happen? |
| A4. If you are trying to access through Internet, there are few possibilities. |
| Please ensure that ActiveX is enabled. (see how to enable ActiveX?). |
| Restart the IE browser. |
| If the browser remain the same, check with network administrator whether router port 8180 and port 554 are opened. |
| Q5. How to enable ActiveX? |
| A5. Step 1, Select Internet Options from Tools menu. |
| Step 2, Click on the Security tab menu. |
| Step 3, Click on the Custom Level button. |
| Step 4, Ensure all the ActiveX Control and plug-in radio buttons are enabled.. |
